Alarm System
How the Alarm System Works
The alarm system consists of the following:
- a smoke detector in the living room
- a water sensor in the main bathroom located on the floor to the right of the water bassinet
- an oil leakage sensor on the kitchen floor close to the heating unit
- a control panel located in the kitchen against the wall.
If any of the detectors (smoke, water, or oil leak) are triggered, the alarm system will activate, and an alarm will sound.
The alarm control panel in the kitchen on the wall will display the type of alarm (smoke, water, or oil leak).
How to deactivate the Alarm
- In case of an alarm, immediately proceed to the alarm control panel mounted on the kitchen wall.
- Enter the code “2018” using the numeric keypad on the control panel.
- The alarm will be deactivated, and the sound will stop.
IMPORTANT!
The water sensor is fairly sensitive, should the water alarm go off please dry the floor around and below the sensor in order to reset the alarm system completely. Thank you!
Carbon Monoxide Detector
The Carbon Monoxide Detector is located in the hallway and operates independently.
